We currently offer shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available, but we are working to expand our services in the future.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select during checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (available for select locations)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.


Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your shipping location. You will be able to review the shipping costs before completing your purchase at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax).
  • For orders below $100, standard shipping fees apply.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions:

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
  • Remote Locations: Shipping to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than expected.

Order Issues and Delays:

While we work to ensure timely delivery, Vogueupciteino is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events. Damaged or Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending replacements or processing a refund.
